  • 100% accuracy on sales auditing.
  • 5 legacy audits per day.
  • New audits to be done within the month it was added.
  • 90% of monthly current debt (0 – 30 days) collected.
  • Less than 10% outstanding debt older than 60 days.
  • Less than 5% is handed over to attorneys.
  • 100% compliance with all procedures.
  • Procedures developed for all critical debtors functions.
  • Average turnaround time on tickets of 1 business day.
  • Zero customer complaints due to unprofessional behaviour.
  • Conduct monthly 1 hour on the job training with subordinates on problem areas identified to increase department performance.
  • 80% score obtained on quarterly climate survey.

Job Requirements
At least 5 years' experience with Debtors function, very experienced in collections.
Knowledge of ICT industry will be beneficial.
Skills in an Accounting package and CRM system is required.
Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.


Education and Qualifications
Grade 12 certificate.
Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
