Anti-spam notifications
As the fight against unwanted commercial Email (also known as "spam") continues, we are constantly making improvements
to our anti-spam systems. We strive to limit the impact of spam, while giving our customers more control over their own email.
Therefore, we are glad to inform you that we have released a new notification feature that will enable you to decide if you want to
receive or reject emails which may be spam, without having to download and read them.
Should emails sent to you be classified as 'possibly spam' (rather than 'definitely spam' or 'definitely not spam'), the emails will be
kept in a queue and you will send a notification that these emails have been kept back. You can then decide whether to accept or
reject these emails, and select the relevant options in the notification message.
Here is an example of what the notification message can look like:

As can be seen in the example, the notification message lists the emails that have been kept back,
and enables you to select how each email will be processed. The options are:
- Accept - With this option you will accept this specific email that is waiting in the pending queue.
- Reject - With this option you will reject this specific email that is waiting in the pending queue.
- Whitelist Sender - With this option you will accept ALL future emails from this specific sender. The currently pending email is also accepted.
- Blacklist Sender - With this option you will reject ALL future emails from this specific sender. The currently pending email is also rejected.
You can process a listed message individually by clicking on the link for the action you want next to it, or you can select the action
for each message from the drop-down menu next to it and then apply the selected actions by clicking Submit. Often, however, all
the messages listed will be spam, and in that case the easiest option will be to just click 'Reject All as Spam'.
