Click on Tools and then on Accounts
Click on Add
Select Let me configure settings myself and click on next
Type your Name and Email address and click on next
Enter the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server as provided by your ISP and click next
Enter your Username and Password as supplied by your ISP and click on Finish
Click on OK
You will now see the email account that you setup. Click on Close
