Click on Tools and then Account Settings
Click on Email and then on New
Enable "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click next
Select Internet Email and click next
Enter you User Information, Logon Information and Server Information as supplied by your ISP and click next
Click on Finish
You should now see the email address that you've setup. Click on Close
