Click on Tools and then on Internet Options
Under General at My Internet e-mail address is: type your email address
Click on Receiving (POP3) at the top and then on add
Click on New
Enter the POP3 Server Hostname, Username and Password as supplied by your ISP and click OK
Highlight the definition, in this case POP3, and click on select
You should now see POP3 at Check these POP3 hosts for mail
Click on Sending (SMTP). Click on Add
Click on New
Enter your SMTP Server Hostname as provided by your ISP and click OK
Highlight the definition, in this case SMTP, and click on select
You should now see SMTP at Send mail using these SMTP hosts and click OK
