Adept offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all web hosting packages. If you are not completely satisfied with our services or service performance within the first 30 days, we will refund you all amounts paid to us excluding setup and usage fees (if any).

All cancellations must be sent to us in writing per fax to 086 11 00 526 (international clients
+27 21 888 6501). All other forms of notice will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
