Click on Tools and then on Account Settings
Click on Add Account
Select Email Account and click next
Enter your name and email address and click on next
Enter the POP3 and SMTP server as provided by your ISP and click next
Enter your Incoming Username as supplied by your ISP and click next
Type the Account Name as you would like it to appear and click next
Thunderbird will now show you a summary of your settings. Click on Finish
Click on OK
