Junior Frontend Developer

Purpose of the role

An established ICT Managed Services and Internet Provider is looking for a Junior Level frontend Developer to join their development team.

The candidate will be required to use the Vue.JS framework to implement features and general maintenance of the frontend and Java for backend services and integrations.

 

Requirements

  • 1 year+ of any related IT industry experience.
  • Keen interest in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript

 

Advantageous

  • Any MVVM experience such as React/Angular etc.
  • Bootstrap CSS, jQuery.
  • TypeScript experience.
  • Java experience.
  • SQL experience.
  • BSc in Computer Science.

 

Education

  • Matric

 

Job Description

  • Maintain and react to assigned tasks.
  • Implement frontend features as per specification provided.
  • Implement backend requirements as required.
  • Fix bugs as per description.
  • Attend daily online dev meetings.

 

    This is a remote work position with occasional office visits.
